The fee for administrative services varies depending on the task, since some tasks do not require the same level of expertise. We offer three rate plans – Executive Assistant, Assistant, and Helper. Call me at 813-294-5300 to discuss your administrative needs. Time worked is tracked and only the time spent on your task will be invoiced with a detailed description of work completed. Before any work commences, an agreement letter is executed detailing work expectations and cost.
Personal Assistant and Concierge Services
The hourly rate for personal assistant and concierge services varies depending on the task, e.g. decluttering/organizing involves helping you make the decision to clear out the clutter and then create an organizational system unique to you, as well as provide you with the tools necessary for you to successfully organize for yourself in the future. Call 813-294-5300 to discuss your personal assistant needs and the fee for these services. Before any work commences, an agreement letter is executed detailing work expectations and cost.
Monthly plans are available at a discounted rate for administrative and personal assistant services; however, they need to be purchased in advance. If you choose a monthly plan, you will be updated weekly on the total hours remaining. Hours not used within the month are not carried forward.
Mobile Public Notary *Complimentary Service to Clients
General notary services – Oaths & Acknowledgements, Affidavits, Jurats, Depositions, Notary stamp Personal Documents, Deeds, Contracts, Attesting to Photocopies, Power of Attorney or Living Wills, and I-9 Forms.
If your document requires witnesses to be executed, witnesses can be provided for a fee.
The maximum fees allowed by the State of Florida for performing notarial acts is $10 per notarization plus service and travel fees.
We are not Attorneys-at-Law, and we are not licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
